This was the first time I had to return something and will NEVER buy from Amazon again. I recived this Item which was dirty not dust. Emailed Amazon and the said that I could not get a refund as I used quit click.

The hole in the hand was plugged up but I was able to clear it out with a drill. The item came to my home quickly and was very nice. Otherwise I am very happy with the product. I did have one problem with the hand that holds the menu board.
