I seen her on SNL and loved her voice. You won't be disappointed with this CD. The CD is really good so nice to be able to find a singer that doesn't sing like everyone else.
CA Sean. This is just a fabulous C.D. from an artist who is only 19 years old and not only has a great soulful voice but writes her own songs. Instantly hooked.
This CD is a mixture of her sweet and sultry voice and lyrics.
This is a beautiful album. Even Dylan's song fits right in with her sad, longing, endearing songs. Each song is individual but just enough connected to make an entire album. I could go on and on. I play it all the time and marvel that she wrote all the songs but one and that one is a stunning cover of Bob Dylan's "Make You Feel My Love".
She will surely produce some great music in the future but for now this music doesn't really move me as I had hoped when I heard her hit single, "Chasing Pavements" C+ for th CD as a whole, A for Chasing Pavements and her vocal abilities. At 19, Adele is mature beyond her years talent wise, but outside of a couple really great tunes lie some really mediocre compositions.
