What I found out was you had to pack and pay return fee [$50.00]thats almost what it cost new.Buy a HP and pay a little more I had to return a HP printer and they paid postage both ways. Bought this monitor about August 15 2008.Worked great for about 4 months then the screen just blacked out.Called about the 3 year warranty and they ok'ed the return.

They look great on the desk and the widescreen is perfect for having multiple applications open at one time. I have 4 more to purchase to complete the switch and they will all be viewsonics. I have found the same monitor for $188 to $259. So far i have purchased 9 of these monitors for our office. My only suggestion is that you price check. We have had no problems with them.

everything seems to work ok, the only problem is that the product took too much to arrive. good resolution, but having problems with DVI connection to my MAC
