The picture from blu-rays and upconverted dvds is as crisp and clear as any I've seen. Purchased this cable to go along with a blu-ray player as part of a Christmas gift(including me setting up and connecting the blu-ray). Functionally, so far, the cord is outstanding - no problems what so ever. As far as tangible quality, it appeared to have the same attributes as the $75 cable that was used to connect the TV to the cable box. The only reason that I did not give the cable 5 stars is the fact that it has only been in use for about two weeks and would not feel comfortable giving 5 out of 5 without some sense of durability.
Maybe if I stare really close to my TV and count all the pixels, but I'm not crazy enough to do that. Anyway, if you looking to buy HDMI cables, Amazon.com is the place to be. I connect my PS3 to my Sony Bravia TV and the pictures look awesome. I bought this cable about 3 months ago and I have no problems with it. Never go to retail store and pay more than $20 for it. I also bought that very cheap HDMI cable (HDMI 2M from Eforcity) and well, I don't really see any difference in picture and sound between these 2 cables.
I received a speedy reply offering to replace the cable. A few days later the replacement cable arrived and it works great. When I received my cable from Amazon it did not work properly. So I emailed HDMI King. While it is always a drag to receive a defective product it is going to happen from time to time.
All I did was provide my mailing address, simple. The important thing to my way of thinking is a manufacturer that stands behind their product with great customer service. I didn't have to mail the old cable back first or any other nonsense like that. So if you don't want to pay $30+ for HDMI cables I recommend you give HDMI King a try.
Well I did a lot more research that night and even emailed the hdmi-king. Right now I am streaming full HD from my laptop to my 1080i tv and it looks amazing. I can't wait to test this with my friend's xbox 360 and see upconverted 1080p DVD's on a much bigger TV. When 1440p TV's become standard in the future, this cable will be there performing like a Monster cable 10 times its price. I eventually stumbled upon this cable and another.
They really know about how this cable will compare to a monster cable about 100+ more in price. Trust me when I say this cable will do what it needs to do. I added this to my cart along with another item (which I already decided upon) when I accidentally hit full checkout when deciding if I should or not (one click with laggy internet.). So I was actually looking and comparing hdmi cables around amazon. highly recommended

Dont be fooled by fancy braiding and cool colors, these cables work just as well. How do stores charge $50 to $100. Why are people dumb enough to pay it. Overaly cable quality is fine. Picture quality is fantastic. These cables work perfectly. The world may never know.
