2PK "D" NiMH BATTERY Reviews
These have lasted about 5 days in my daughters crib toy which gets little use. What a waste.
I'm a big fan of rechargeable batteries, but I promise you will be genuinely disappointed if you buy these. They do not hold a charge and can barely power a flashlight after being fully charged.
These are AA batteries in a container that will fit devices that require D cell- well, it simply does not work. These batteries are the most worthless rechargeable batteries on the market- no, really. By Energizers own admission, the capacity is equal to a double A (AA). You will find them running for 30 minutes and failing, just as if you were running your device on AA batteries, which you are. DO NOT BUY. I wish to God I could send them back, but the hoops, barrels, and rings of fire Energizer makes you jump over and through to return them for their "completely satisfied" policy makes it not worth the 40 dollars. DO NOT BUY THEM; I wasted 40 dollars which is a lot to me.
This is one of the first size D Nimh rechargeables that I have bought and seen on the market. You can do as well with AA's using C & D spacers. 2500mAH - compare this rating with ordinary AA Nimh rechargeables. Not a good buy. You'll see a lot of AA's equal and even higher than 2500mAh. No wonder they are very light and HOLLOW. Easy to break because of the empty space inside.
As others have stated, these are only 25% of the power rating of the real D cell NiMH batteries. [.]. After wasting my money buying these Energizer D NiMH batteries, I will never buy another Energizer product. Spend the few extra dollars to buy the real NiMH D cell batteries and send Energizer a message that not only do you not plan to buy their disposable batteries any longer, but you will refuse to be suckered into buying their inferior NiMH products as well.
