USB cable broke were it locks into the phone and I have only used it a couple of times.

No questions asked. I got the wrong wall charger but it was replaced after two emails to the seller. I just needed the usb cable (pc to phone). However after receiving the set, I'm using all of the pieces that I received.
I think the CD is defective, but they don't care to fix the problem. They won't provide tech support, so I'm going to have to waste money shipping it back to them after I paid for shipping to get the item. I didn't need the home charger - I just bought the 3-pack because it was a decent price for the USB cable. The USB cable doesn't upload pictures from the phone to my computer, even though I installed the program on the CD-rom they sent me.
Sent me an item which does not fit my model phone, sent it back with their return label, no other item coming to me for my model phone the Sony Erisson W580i
