Very convenient ordering and great that it`s inhome service. Thought I`d add this JUST IN CASE my new HDTV had problems.
Try 3 to 4 weeks. They do not respond to e-mail requests in a timely manner. It is ashame that Samsung has great product, but their service agreement department could sure use some help. Amazon product review says 7 to 10 day delivery. Then when I got the contract in the mail, the following day I received an e-mail with an attached PDF file with the same contact.
