4 Minutes [Featuring Justin Timberlake And Timbaland] (Album Version) Reviews

I am still waiting for a Madonna album to top "Ray Of Light." I think this song would sound better with real instruments (especially the trumpets) and better lyrics to actually go along with the refrain.

I take it for what it is, it's not Shakespeare. This is like a good snack, it grows on you with each play. I enjoy it and still play it.

Now that I've bought the whole album and I've listened to all the songs on it, I can say that "4 minutes" is the worst song on the album. I'm wondering why the first sigle from Hard candy is "4 minutes".

First of all, Timbaland's beats are getting old. Does anybody else think this song would sound much better if the trumpet line wasn't so fake. Also, hollywood should invest in some real instruments because the trumpet line in the song sounds like it's being played on a casio keyboard. He really can produce great songs, but he needs to step it up a bit because this sounds like everything else on his last album.

After you listen the song you realize that Timberlake and Timbaland do not understand what is Madonna. I had been listening this song for the entire week and I think this is not the REAL Madonna, I was expecting something fabulous after Confessions. I hope the album will be better, but this was not the best presentation, Im sure the song will have success and the album will have high sales, but the REAL fans of Madonna know that this is not HER. Madonna do not need Justin Timberlake or anyone to have a number 1 as she made it alone with previous albums.
