No carrying strap/clip, a small, easy-to-lose, cap with no way to attach it to the drive (ala Kingston, PNY, etc). However with that being said this drive performs well. Physically this drive has none of the bells & whistles you might expect if you've purchased drives from other manufacturers. Before you use it the 1st time format it & convert the file system to NTFS instead of the default FAT 32. A couple of suggestions for those of you are having speed issues. The speed is just slightly slower than my 4gb Kingston & there haven't been any problems with corrupted data. A-DATA PD2 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I've had it for about 6 weeks & I use it daily to transfer 10-20 gigs of data between computers.
This little gem was less than $15 including shipping and it is twice the dino that I had I love it. It arrived in just days. This Flash drive is awesome. it replaced a huge 4gig flash that I purchased 4 years ago at the tune of $90.
The product reached me within two days that I ordered. I loved the price that I got an 8GB for. The flash drive works good. that was exceptionally quick.
The clear cover over the silver innards is a bit flashy compared to some of my other flash drives. Operation is simple and the drive performs well.
The clear plastic cap on the USB connector is not great, but I keep all my USB flash drives that are in use in small padded neoprene pouches. The read/write speed seems to be within USB 2 specifications. Works with MS Win, Linux, and MacOS. No idea about the long term reliability, but has a lifetime guarantee (if the manufacturer lasts that long). I found these at a very low price with low cost shipping I found a better price from another retailer, but the shipping/handling was a gouge (more than the cost of the item).
