Very good on all levels; sound quality, small footprint; easy to access controls; straight-forward programming, display is easily viewed. My only complaint is that when the radio alarm activates there is a 'pop' noise which can be startling to some degree, but you get used to it. Considering all the problems this innovative design solves, it is a winner.
Good product, does everything it is advertised to do. I can set alarms for different days easily. Only drawback is that the clock has a small display which can be hard to see from across the room.
The ratchet knob on the top sets the time a minute per click, so it really takes a lot of work to set a time 12 hours, but it does the job. The radio isn't really that great but I can get local stations ok. I took the clock apart and wired it to activate a fire buzzer when the alarm goes off. The only parts I needed was a reed relay, some wire and a switch. Now I can really wake up with a serious alarm. (any day of the week)
Build quality is OK. This is a decent alarm clock for the money. I like not having to worry about my alarm going off every morning. If your schedule is the same every week, this clock is great. You never have to touch the alarm clock. I have been very happy with this alarm clock. The sound quality is pretty good.

I love that I don't have to set my alarm every night anymore. I'm sure my husband agrees as the alarm clock I had purchased to replace my alarm clock that died made irritating beeps to indicate success at changing any setting. I tend to keep things for a long time (had the alarm clock that died for over 20 years), so I am very happy to find something I am sure I can live with hopefully for another 20. I did have to switch from waking to the radio to using the beeping alarm because I was ignoring the radio - but that's just a personal problem. So far, this is a great alarm.
