the 7 ring before answering delay is great, many features add flexibility. easy to set up even for an old guy like me.
Do not waste your money on this product. I ahve had it only a few weeks and already it is broken. JUNK. The recording is inaudible, and you cannot trepeat messages before they get erased.
This little machine does a great job for very little cost. We have tried call notes and other machines but with the features it offers there is none better. The call announce allows us to screen calls without getting up.
I purchsed this item as a gift for my brother in law-he loves it. It was simple for him to figure out.
Remote access is also easy. It is digital and can be easily set up. This is a workhorse. It has 3 mailboxes and you can send a message from one mailbox to another. I have had occasion when I delete a message remotely, it also deletes the following message, so I never delete a message remotely.
