AT&T 326 Caller ID Box (Dove Gray) Reviews
It takes 3 AAA batteries (not 2 AA batteries like it says in the description). I think this guy was talking about a different caller ID box. I got my AT&T Caller ID model 326 about a month ago, and i've had to change the batteries 2 times already. Mine looks exactly like the picture up there. The other review for this product says that it "lights up when the phone rings" which is false. And yes, i did buy brand new batteries both times ;) This Caller ID box would be great if the batteries lasted longer. That is rediculous.
This cli device works with mostly all the lines, except with some pabx exchanges that dosent support cli. The device is small and has the basic features like looking up and down through the list of the calls and a button to delete the calls. The good thing is that it has a light on it which lights up when a new call is received.Overall its a good device in this price tag, as others are expensive.
