I got this phone as a present and it has worked well for more than 3 years and is still working.no problems with most used buttons.
Up until now I have always had great service and long use from AT&T phones. We have since switched all the phones through - down to the last working one. This is the last time I'll purchase one, especially seeing that others have had the same experience and ours was not an isolated incidence. At first it seemed great, everything worked, but soon the most used phone's buttons failed.
Item was not new, it was refurbished and therfore did not come with the manuifacturers one year warranty. The units worked fine.
Works in every room Excellent product.
This phone is fine, but unfortunately when you use the intercom feature it rings outloud on both ends.
