AT&T telephone products reflect a long and distinguished history of product excellence dating back over 100 years. Today, the company's product line is one of the most extensive in the industry, including corded and cordless phones, answering systems, and phone-related accessories. AT&T brings you the best in communication!AT&T Trimline 210 phone features a backlit keypad, Flash/Redial and a mute buttons, ten Speed Dial memory entries and much more.

A popular and affordable telephone, the 210 from AT&T is designed for those who don't want hassles or frills, just a basic phone that's reliable and easy to use. Simple corded operation means you never have worry about misplacing a cordless handset, and the phone's sturdy construction means it's designed to last.

You can place the base on a convenient surface or easily mount it on the wall, saving on counter space. A 12-number memory dial feature lets you store your most frequently called numbers (up to 21 digits)--nine speed dials plus three emergency one-touch dials that are easy to program. A directory card is provided to help you keep track of all your memory dial settings. A redial feature lets you quickly call the last outgoing number (up to 32 digits).

Three ringer settings (off, low, and high) and three handset volume levels permit customization. Switchable tone and pulse dialing methods are also provided. The illuminated keypad helps you operate the phone even in darkly lit areas, while a prog/mute button on the handset lets you hear the other party while muting your side of the conversation. AT&T Corded Trimline Phone with 13-Number Memory (210) Reviews

Basic trim-line phone. Was a replacement for a battery operated cordless phone that became too unpredicable.

We needed a corded phone for our kitchen and this phone filled the bill with its "old" and simple style.

For the price, which included Free SuperSaver Shipping, one would have a hard time finding a better deal. It is a solid little phone (did not quite expect the "heft" to it that it has), appears to be well-put-together, rings fine and has a good sound quality (not tinny or with interference as one might expect for a phone for this price ~ I've had "cheap" phones before and "sound quality" is just not something I would expect to find at this price ~ under $13). The white color and sleek modern styling go well with our post-modern decor.

We needed an inexpensive corded phone with no added features (the 13-Number Memoy feature is something we will never use) as we live in an area which occasionally experiences untility outages due to severe weather. The phone service usually stays intact during these periods, however anything requiring electric is dead until the power is restored. Cell phone coverage here is also very sporadic and hard to come by, so a corded phone was essential to our well-being.

This phone fit the bill perfectly for our needs. The only thing I didn't particularly care for was that it comes with a "favorite phone numbers" paper label stuck on the base (under the handset). There is no plastic covering for this and I can see where it will eventually get "dirty-looking" or unsightly with regular cleaning.

I would have preferred receiving the label separately as something I had the option (or not) of placing there myself. That is no big deal and did not affect my overall rating as I will just remove it eventually (carefully, as the base cannot be immersed, however have found the blue D**n dishwashing liquid on a coarse cloth is perfect for removing sticky substances such as labels, etc.).

I suppose if someone wished to use this label to write their "favorite numbers" on, they could place transparent packing tape over it so it would not get dirty and/or wear with regular cleaning. But again, for the money, even this inveterate bargain-hunter could not find a better deal.

I must say I am a little amazed at some of the reviews on here which portray a sort of "shock" that this is made in China. It is very hard to find products NOT made there these days and current and past administrations are to blame for this ~ NOT Amazon (although I do wish Amazon would place the Country of Origin on ALL of their product descriptions). I would have been "shocked" if it WASN'T made in China or some other overseas location ~ although my family does try to search out American-made products (however they are increasingly harder to find).

Amazon itself, as they have been with every order I have placed with them, was wonderful and had it on my doorstep within four days of ordering (along with two other items in the order). It was packed well in its own box and packed by Amazon Fulfillment quite adequately.

I love sitting at home in my pajamas searching for great deals on Amazon and not having to run from store to store looking (and not having the benefit also of others' reviews) and then having my chosen item(s) on my doorstep within a few days. That benefit alone is, well, ------> Price-less!

Having a phone plugged into the wall is recommended as a safety item in case of power outage. This phone has an easy-to-use switch to turn off the ringer so that it hangs quietly on the phone jack waiting for the day I may need to use it, and it has a (dimly) lighted key pad. That's all I wanted, and that's what I got. Unobtrusive and perfect.

This is, more or less, the same phone that was in every US kitchen in the 1970s. If you're in need of a basic phone of good quality, this is a good model to get. I have had mine for years and it is still kicking. Good for kitchens and bedrooms, if you like a phone in your bedroom. If you're somebody who only used the phone occasionally or just needs it for quick calls, this is a good low-cost solution.
