It's doesn't really fit the ipod that well. The top part slides off if the headphones aren't plugged in and makes it hard to get to the hold button. The silicone also grabs any dirt or fuzzies it touches.
I would have liked this to be a little thicker to provide some protection from impact. It does protect well from scratches.
Like a lot of other customers, I too cut out the center wheel cover. It would just not work consistently. Once I cut out the center (very carefully), I've had no problems
I bought this to prevent scratches. It looks very decent, but reduces the sensitivity of controls by a large amount, I think it needs to fit tighter to give some sense of traction to the wheel on top of the ipod, I think this was a total waste of money
I own an 80GB iPod and this sleeve does not fit it well at all. It's loose in spots and doesn't provide really much or any protection at all. It was a waste of my money.
