Easy to Install but sounds quality is horrible after a certain point. I wouldn't reccomend these at all. Spend a little more money and get something you'll enjoy rather than put up with. These speakers are cheap.
Once you try increasing the valume, the speakers start making this weird sound and it is extremely annoying. I purchased this car speaker and they suck. Don't buy. Buy something that has at least some quality and don't waste your money buying this cheap waste of time product.
For the money I think I got a great product. I installed the Boss CH6530 because I was upgrading my car stereo with a CD player. Sounds great.
These speakers sound great. The bass is awesome, though it could really use more treble delivery. Surprising sound for the money.
I'm definitely sticking with Boss when I buy my amp and sub. Anyway. These speakers sound great. And he complained that he got two instead of one. They look really nice and can handle highs and mids real well, the bass gets a little iffy on higher volumes but hey, that's what subs are for. PS: If your car has a red theme going on, these look really nice. I don't know what the other reviewer was thinking. I hooked them up directly to my head (a Sony aftermarket radio) and for a first timer I installed them myself in my little Honda hatchback in a couple of hours with a dremel (the first one took an hour an a half, after that I knew what I was doing so it was a breeze).
Less than ten bucks per speaker. He said they sound alright and "you get what you pay for" but he gave them 1 star. You can't complain. Just to clarify, you get TWO SPEAKERS with this and any other Boss speaker item on the site (besides subs).
