when I ordered from another seller, under the brother toner amazon page, there was no indication that I would receive a non-brother toner. instead of a real brother toner, i received a no-name brand. it was cheaper than the real toner, but not cheap enough to suggest to me it was not a real toner. the seller sent a disclaimer stating that they are not responsible for the picture of the item on amazon's website, but if you are ordering on the page that is selling actual brother toners, there is no indication or reason to believe that the other sellers on the same page are not selling the same product.
