I keeps the screen clear of fingerprints, Canon PowerShot SD870 IS Elago Anti-Glare Screen Protection Film(elago-Made in Korea) and reduces the glare. This was "field tested" on a 7 day ski trip to Switzerland under bright, sunny skies at high altitude. It worked flawlessly. This is a must have for a digital camera.
I just received this in the mail and to find out that the anti-glare protectors is only for canon sd lcd's that are 2inches. I will have to return this product. The SD870 is 3 inches.
This is an excellent quality small camera. Great results After checking in several camera shops, I decided to go with it. I am using 8gb sdhc memory. I replaced the previous generation SD 800 with this model. The 3" LCD is very sharp but you cannot see it with sunglasses on. I am getting used to not having a viewfinder.
Not particularly good or reliable service on the shipping side from Boxwood and that is the main point of my review. They claim shipping takes up to five business days but even 9 days was not enough. I ordered the item 12 days ago and was supposed to receive it last week. Unfortunately this is not really a product review. It has not arrived yet and as I will be leaving on my trip tomorrow I'll need to get a replacement on the road.
