Sure they are perfect for a GA cockpit simulation, but when I tried to build my own cockpit with the joystick between my legs it was a problem. The only problem that I have with the design is that the pedals are too close together. :) The design is sturdy and although I have not "forced the issue", I feel confident that the pedals would hadle any kind of abuse. I got my pedals few weeks ago and have been using them almost on a dayly basis. Regardless, I am happy I got them and now I cannot 'fly' without them. Installation was easy and a perfect fit with the rest of my CH flight controls.
Realistic play. Haven't been able to reduce sensitivity to where it needs to be. Nice heavy base, hold place on carpet. Overall, I think I'm going to be fully happy with the set. So, over-control is commonplace, as attested to a pilot friend who also tested it.
I use them with the Saitek Yoke. Am quite satisfied with mine. and are quite sensitive as well. What I liked about these pedals from the beginning was that they're sufficiently heavy so do not need to be drilled in to floor bases, not showy delicate or fancy either. Its fun flying aircraft with a realistic feel and not like its just another usb gadget. They're intended and built for what they're supposed to do.

I am a private pilot who used to fly at least 2 or 3 times a week. My business now keeps me out of the cockpit for months at a time I use a flight sim program with the CH Yoke and Rudder Pedals to keep from going completely stir crazy, and I also believe that it helps keep your flying skills honed.
