When the alarm is activated, you just push one button to silence the alarm, (not to be confused with snooze). instead of red and one that was large enough to read in the dark. I wanted another clock that had green display.
It's there and ready. It is very user friendly and easy to read. One feature that I like about it is, that you can leave the alarm switch on.
This means the next night I don't have to assure that the alarm is on. For it's display, friendliness & price, this clock can't be beat. I was using a green led clock, but was having difficulty reading the numbers during the night.
This clock fits the bill.
I'm sending it back for another. but one of the numbers was not working. I don't know if it was the factory or the shipping that did it,.
I have to give up at this point. I was really hoping that this would be a good clock but the quality is suspect. The time button set the alarm and I could not get the clock off 12:00. The first one I received started flashing and the time stopped. I just got the replacement today and when I tried to set the time it would not work. I have tried this clock twice.
We chose the green lighting as opposed to the red; I would guess one is as good as the other. This clock is great. We have the clock in our bedroom and not only is the time displayed in 2 inch numbers, the light slightly illuminates the room and serves as a night light. It is so nice to be able to look across the room at the clock and not have to put on glasses. We are more than pleased and would definitely recommend. Thank you.
I love this clock because the numbers are large enough for me to see without my glasses and the green numbers do not cause eye strain when I look at them in the dark. I Love it.
