It takes a few days for the chapping to subside, but gives a new appreciation for the society in which we live. I've traveled a bit through six countries and it's interesting to note the values different cultures place on the humdrum aspects of daily living. Gary Peterson For those who appreciate the finest in day-to-day living, wipe after wipe this brand is about as good as you can get. I'd say that, on the whole (no pun intended), American bathroom tissues are by far the best. Visit the average supermarket, for example, and you probably have the choice of about a half-dozen brands. Still, it's good to get back home to our favorite brand.
The available possibilities are almost overwhelming. We typically buy it in a megasized package at our local warehouse club. It's just so, well, soft and gentle.
We've tried quite a few brands, but we always go back to Charmin Ultra Soft. Take the matter of bathroom tissues, for example. Plus, it's extremely absorbent.
What a relief. Plus, you can find different colors, textures and whatnot all. The quality and variety of American tissues is amazingly high.
Likewise, in traveling around America, the quality of tissues found in filling stations, hotels, campsites and other people's houses is uniformly of moderately good to excellent quality. After you've experienced those little sheets of waxed paper or the softer varieties made with spun glass, it's just so comforting to be back in America.
It's more than $1 a roll here when I get it for less than $1 a roll from my local Giant Eagle and I dont have to buy it in bulk. Overall it's the best TP I've ever tried, although dont get it from amazon. I've read comments on the number of sheets and I haven't noticed a difference but I haven't payed much attention to the that. This is the softest and most absorbent ever.
I have recently starting buying by volume and Amazon is a terrific spot to do so, especially with the free shipping, costs, time, gas and the hassle of crowds. This is a really good deal, arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Ultra Charmin is by far the best IMO.
I made a horrible calculation error. Although clearly worded as I ordered thinking I was getting what I normally pickup at the store a 12 pack. To close the product is fine, the price is horrible. Of course this is my fault for ordering. This product is way overpriced. I can purchase the 12 giant rolls for about 8.90 a pack. This is 8 rolls for an average price of 8.40.
HERE IS THE THING, I AM A SINGLE GUY, I WORK OUT OF MY HOUSE, I ALWAYS FORGET TO BUY TOILET PAPER, AND I HATE GOING TO THE STORE TO BUY IT, SO BY DOING THIS, I ONLY HAVE TO BUY TOILET PAPER A COUPLE TIMES A YEAR, PLUS SINCE IT IS A AMAZON PRIME ITEM, THEY CAN SEND IT TO ME AND IT WILL BE HERE IN A DAY OR TWO, DOES IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT.
