Cirago BTA3210 Class 2 Micro Bluetooth Adapter (Black Tip) Reviews
My USB port is on the side of my computer and this light is constantly blinking. As soon as I plugged this in I started laughing at myself because of how intrusive this light is. However, I ignored the blue light complaints. Maybe I'll open it up and disconnect the LED. It is driving me nuts and I just took it out of the box, but I can deal with it, I think. It works fine, it's nice and small and isn't annoying to have in the laptop at all times.
Works great. Also software could be a easier to connect up devices, send file to phone, etc. Needs a way to turn off the blue LED.
Otherwise, an amazing product. but that blinking light from the part that does stick out is overly bright, and blinks like a retard. If it actually blinks according to the usage then this product is perfect. The other poster mentioned the black electrical tape, and that solution was the perfect bandage. Everything as expected, the tiniest USB Bluetooth adapter ever.
So for me, its way faster to get the cord than it is to connect via bluetooth and the cord operates incomparably faster than the bluetooth dongle. all this trouble and it is only working for me after i uninstalled the manufacturers software and ran it with the windows drivers. if i want to connect my treo using a program other than hotsync, its a big hassle trying to free up the com port. i can sync my treo with it, but its dreadfuly slow. by the time i free up the com port and it get it working, it would have been literally ten times faster to get the cord. what they deliver is not what they picture also.
make sure you do your research before buying this. BTW. i feel this item works well if you only use one thing at a time. so i find it very useless. Disgustingly disappointed. before that i could not get it to work properly at all.
I noticed AFTER I had ordered the item they added multiple pictures of what you actually get, but the main picture is NOT the item. The bluetooth adapter comes with rounded edges, not with tabs; get the KENSINGTON. I did not receive what is pictured.
