Clubhouse Games Reviews
I haven't gotten to try it yet, but I am eager. My husband really enjoys playing the card games and billiards. I find this game lots of fun. I also like that you can play against other people online. I would definitely reccommend this game to someone who likes playing card games and board games. There are so many different games to play you don't get bored.
I've had the Club House game for 1 year now and I haven't bought another game, because this one is so much fun. My husband bought it for me and because "we" love it so much, I decided to buy him his own.
Some of the games are a little silly and the action games are difficult to control, but all in all a good collection. Another benefit is that they have rules to every game so you can learn games you don't already know. The best parts of this game are the fact that you can play several people with a single cart and the large variety of games. Still not a substitute for a real deck of cards though. I recommend it to people who like card and board games and would like to be able to play them on the go or play them with friends without owning all the different games. Doing the stamp mode can be a little annoying at times, but the game does give you simple unlockables like different backgrounds to work toward.
Well worth the 19.95 x 2 I paid for both of the games. This is an awesome game. All in all this is a great time killer or chiller outer. It has a lot of the games we play on a board or with cards. There are different modes to open up different games but those got a little weird and some of the games I can't really figure out the goal but then again, maybe that's me. Even marbles, dominoes and dice. I bought two of these games and my husband and I have a competition on the bowling and also brush up on our memory skills.
- brain age 2. The games are much higher quality than the various cheapo electronic pocket games you find at toys 'r us, mostly enabled by the ds's excellent screens and pen interface. The boys love it and I don't mind them playing it in the car. After researching the ds and the available games I purchased a ds for my two sons (age 6 and 8). Generally they get 90 minutes a week (including cartoons on saturday morning). I'd like to see them each have a ds and play head to head, but I think one ds is enough for now. Was impressed with a friend's son's ds, brain age is amazing, and I encourage my children to play it whenever they're in the car (doesn't count as screen time). I was surprised to find it available new on amazon at a reasonable price.
Some of the games are pretty easy, but the boys like to win, so thats ok. The games are all simple and well made. The boys like brain age 2, but the intensity of timed mental exercises sometimes gets old, especially on long trips. My intention was to permit them to play only 2 games:.
I've watched the 6yo play chess, and I think the game play is good enough for a child.
- club house games.
I consider myself pretty restrictive of my son's screen time.
Focus of Club House Games is on game play and the collection is a great complement to the ds.
I have spent the last 9 months searching in vain for club house games, enjoyed a disputed purchase on ebay and then watched the used price climb past $60 for this "rare" game.
Club house games is pretty much equivalent to a big collection of board games, without the mess and without the fights when one boy loses to the other.
I got brain age 2 bundled when i bought the ds, but club house games was unavailable.
Club house games is a large collection of traditional games.
