Easy to install. Menu is a little difficult to navigate at first. Not many 10" LCD's out there. I would recommend this unit to a friend. Picture quailty is good.

Instead, I have received a $25.00 refund, which I do appreciate. As of today October 4th, 2008, I have not received the re-placement remote. Item bough at the end of July 2008. I am very pleased with the quality of the TV.
Sound and picture are great. It fits perfectly in the space under the cabinet. Under description it says "Convenient magnetized remote control" but it is not (Or I received a different remote). Other than that, the product is working fine.
Easy to install and to use. However, the remote control I received was not the one that it was described.
We did alot of comparing before we purchased this tv. Also, the remote directions are difficult to understand. We are really enjoying it. The picture is good.
Otherwise it shows a series of dashes. It looks sleek and smart in our kitchen. When the TV comes on, the clock works just fine. But, those are both minor drawbacks.
We are really enjoying this tv. One slight annoyance is that the clock only shows the time when the TV is actually ON.
I would buy it again.
The DVD tray wouldn't eject when I had it hooked up, but I was able to remedy that myself.
The audio isn't the best, but what can you expect for a small device.
The tv picture is pretty good for a small LCD screen hooked up to just basic cable.
All things considered however, I do like the product and use it daily.
Overall, i am very pleased with this tv/cd player.
One of the things that's annoying is there's a big jump in volume level from position 2 to 3 on the volume control.
My advice would be to thoroughly check all the features before you actually mount it.
