Don't buy this one. Actually, impossible. Difficult to figure out how to use. There is better stuff out there.
It lasted about 1 month at which time it started acting strange. We purchased this machine because it looked like it had all the features we wanted at a reasonable price. You know that old saying "you get what you pay for," well we did. We are looking for a new machine now. This lasted about a week, then it just locked up. One day it just stopped recording messeges, the next day it would and so on. Maybe you'll have better luck.
Missed all my birthday calls. Receives calls and shuts off after 7 seconds. Because now I have to buy a new one and for the two prices combined, I could have had a great machine. This was a waste of money, even if it wasn't expensive. I travel a lot and it is very unreliable on the road. This phone worked well for about a month. Now the machine has just stopped working. Twice in the past two months it has just shut off and deleted messages.
This started out to be a good buy, but it only worked properly for three months. I also found it easy to use. Unfortunately, it has started cutting off all incoming messages after nine seconds. The small size and look are great. After only three months of use we are forced to buy a new answering machine. The manual states that it is suppose to allow for a sixty seconds message.
Erase message function should be there.Over all this is a good product. There is no discription of some of the function in the user manual. 2. Product Specifications not available in user book. Look is good but I found few things1.
