The product was purchased for a trip to Europe. It performed as expected, without any problems. I'd recommend this product to anyone who owns a Zen player.
This is SOOO much better than plugging it into the computer with the short USB connector and now I can take it with my anywhere and not have to worry about running out of battery.
I have purchased three other chargers in retail stores and ended up returning all of them because they would not charge my Zen. I rated it a 3 because it is quite a bit more expensive than other chargers in the market. If it ends up playing AND charging at the same time, I would rate it a 4. (PS - delivery was very prompt). I finally ordered the actual Creative Labs product and it DOES charge my Zen. I have tried it and it seems to charge but I'm not sure if it really is charging. The only thing I am unsure of yet, is if it will charge AND play at the same time.
This produce proved to be very helpful in that it frees up USB ports as well speeds the recharge time.
This charger charges. Great for traveling when you may not have easy access to a computer and kind of nice even when at home and you don't want your player dangling from your computer which has a tendency to go into sleep mode. What can I say.
