The sound is exceptionally good, especially when using the wide sound button. Very good product.
I am using a case for an old mini DVD player to transport because the travel bag included is not all that protective. Antenna for use with radio feature included on Zen V Plus is a nice feature. It's compact size and sturdy construction make it an item one can easily pack for travel. Since I already had a Zen V mp3 player, I considered buying this unit to compliment it.
This little speaker packs a lot of punch and is perfect for music in my dorm room.
Handy in that it can be run on either AC or with batteries. Good sound for the size and just what I wanted. Comes with remote control also, however haven't yet figured out how to use it for between playlists.so far it's gotten me to forward or backwards of next song between the list.
The speakers sound great IMO, no sub woofer needed. For trips, I don't know how we lived without it. The unit even served as our alarm clock (hehe, did not bring a watch). My wife and I just took a trip to Costa Rica, and purchased the Creative Docking station at the last minute.
