I can use it to attach to my arm when I am working out or even cleaning. It fits my sansa perfectly, provides some extra cushion for protection, and makes it a great parnter to my sansa (which is rarely out of the jacket). I got this sport jacket to go with my sansa c200, it wears very well. I also like to use the clip to attach to my pocket so I have easy access when working and bumping along to my favorite tunes.

Great product, SF Planet was able to get it out me really fast. It was a gift and the person who received it really liked it.
I have shelved the action jacket and am using the mp3 player without a jacket. The glove fits too tight so it is not easy to remove it from the glove to set the sound volume, song choice, etc. The action jacket(glove) doesn't allow easy access to the controls of the Sansa MP3 4gig flash player. I had to cut out the plastic windows in order to move the control wheel. Not a happy 'camper'. It really doesn't seem that the unit was tested for ease of use.
The only minor issue is - can't creat categories for the files/songs, this would be useful if you have alot of files. Plug it in the USB port and it's like a drive. All else is good. Enjoy That's basicaly it, no need to use media player or any other sync software. Copy your files using windows or any other application. Got this to put all my songs while on the road.
