I use my Ipod to run with and needed something to clip to my shorts. I would recommend this product. I havent used the arm band yet but it looks like it would work very well too. This can be used as a clip or an arm band. I ordered this product for my 2nd generation Ipod. The clip stays very secure.

Came to me quickly and as I expected it to be. Cover for an ipod, works great and like the color because it's different than most people's ipod.
