I use this daily at the gym. The armband is perfect if you are a runner and want your iPod easily accessible.
It clips on to the arm band, so if you don't want to use the band you can also just use the clip to clip it to your clothing. I've been looking for a case for my ipod for awhile and I think this one is perfect. Unlike other armbands, I don't worry about the ipod slipping out of the case because it's completley enclosed with a little velcro flap to hold it in. It's easy to use the control through the plastic window face, and both the hold button and headphone jack are accessible while in the case. The armband is strong but comfortable. I originally bought this just for working out but like it so much it's now my ipod's permanent home. The neoprene case is nice padding for the occassionaly bump.
Appreciated them meeting the delivery schedule as it was a gift for me wife. Received the Action Jacket on time and as promised.
