Amazon.com performed as expected. The printer ink purchased was delivered on time, at a reasonable cost.
In the past I have used generic ink and had problems with the printer's, I was using at that time. Never had any problems with my epson all in one printer using epson brand of ink.
When I read multi-pack, I thought the black ink was included. Over all it is a good product. Always state what colors are included. I thought that sounded a little cheap for all.
