We got these for my son. I wish I would have checked out the system requirements. I had not checked because a previous year we purchased for him works fine on his. I'm sure we will buy it again with another year. He can't run them on his computer, only mine. He does love these games. We all enjoy playing this with him from time to time.
I would rather play these games on a game console, but I travel a lot with my laptop, and this is a great alternatative to playing these games on a console.
If not, you will not be able to see a menu. Its alot like earlier versions, nothing really new or fancy. The EA support website sent me off on a different wild goose change. I set it and this worked. But its been a while since I played the earlier versions so its been fun thus far.
Sorry if you all know this already.just thought I would share. Go to you graphics card settings, advanced 3D settings. Just purchased this game and it seems fun. Took me a little while to find this on the web. Make sure that vsynch is enabled or turned on. OK must know to play NHL 07.
If you experience a problem with the menu not showing up when you activate the game, but yet the music starts, this is how you fix it:.
Been having much fun with this as best I know (not an expert gamer or anything like that) these games don't change that much aside from rosters. Very happy with the purchase and the price. So, if your main aim is "playing" this is a great deal.
