This radio controlled clock always display the correct time, down to the exact second. And you never have to adjust it, not even during the transition on and off the Daylight Saving Time (DST). The radio controlled clock has radio inside which receives signals originate from NIST Radio Station WWVB located near Fort Collins, Colorado. The WWVB station receives the time data from the NIST atomic clock in Boulder, Colorado. The clock's dual projectors will project the time and temperature to a wall or ceiling. So you can snuggle in bed and look at the ceiling or wall to tell the time/temperature. The projectors can rotate about 60 degrees and project the time/temperature up to 8 feets away. Requires 2xAA batteries (not included) to operate.

To project the time and temperature or to illuminate the time so that you can see it in the dark, you have to press the snooze button. Once you fumble around to press the snooze button in the dark, you have just a couple of seconds to either look at the ceiling to see the time or to look at the illuminated clock. This clock is completely worthless as a projecting clock or as a clock to use in the dark. The instructions also say that if you use the power cord, you can only use it for a few hours at a time. This clock does not come with the necessary power cord that allows the projector to work all the time.
