We have had our Panasonic phone for years and people were constantly telling us to speak louder, they couldn't hear us. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. I bought this battery, based on the opinions of other users and am extremely satisfied. I don't have to yell in my phone any more.
Amazon, you can do better than this. Now I have to deal with a third party vendor somewhere in the bowels of Brooklyn to return and get a refund. Unpleasant. Searched on one particular battery and it gave me 3 or 4 so I took the highest capacity. Result = wrong battery. Amazon web site confusing.
The batteries are the only part of the phones that let us down and once we discovered the higher capacity ones about four years ago we haven't had to replace them yet.
I've had these for quite a while now and they have already lasted longer than the original. I purchased this battery to replace the ailing batteries in my 4 Panasonic phones (curiously they all seemed to go out around the same time). I can only highly recommend them.
It has lasted a lot longer than other batteries that I have bought for this phone. I use this product everyday.
