I would never purchase the original Panasonic battery again. Lasts much longer than the original Panasonic battery. This one is GREAT.
Last longer between charges AND we get a low battery warning in time to switch to another handset. Switched to the Radioshack version, which worked better, although the battery would still die without warning during a call. I had the original Panasonics, which stopped holding a charge after about 6 months. We used the original chargers for all three brands of batteries with no problems. But after 2 years when we went to purchase a replacement, their price had gone way up to almost $20 each.
They work much better. I'm very happy with these batteries. (We have 5 cordless phones in heavy use). Did some research, and decided to try these.
This is my second time buying this product and it works great. Lasts about 2 years with regular use. Product came very fast and in good condition.
These replace the equivalent Panasonic batteries that had a very limited lifetime, and are more expensive. This was a no-brainer.
They responded that I could IF I bought three NiMH chargers (one for each phone) at some extragavant cost. I just need to replace my NiCD batteries about every two to three years. Their reason was that my present NIckel CaDmium (NiCD) chargers would not be able to charge the new NiMH batteries. Ergo, I am sticking with my NiCD setup. I contacted Panasonic to ask if my Panasonic KX-TG5110M set of three cordless phones could use the NIckel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries.
