it says my ink is low/out in the cartridges when there is clearly ink left to use. super frustrating. another annoying thing is if u change the printer settings it will automatically switch back to its default settings. total waste of money. it wont recognize the generic cartridges i got for it and the ink is really expensive. i'm done with epson forever because of this printer. seems to jam easily.
I had a problem with one black cartridge. Epson was great in replacing it. Now the printer works very well. I am happy with this purchase. It seems that the cartridge was defective.
My only complaint is that it's noisy. I think I print a fair amount. I use draft mode for anything just text or with color if I don't need good quality. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been using my C120 for about a year. The printer is good quality and I'm very happy with it. I'm only on my 3rd set of black inks and second of the color.
It already prints crooked regardless of what I do now. I've owned this printer for less then a year. Good luck elsewhere. Shame on Epson for such a product. Do not purchase this printer. The text is off after printing ~20 sheets so I have to run the printer alignment which wastes a LOT of ink. It also uses so much ink per sheet even on the lowest settings.
the quality is reasonable, but the thing that just sucks is that it uses too much ink. my family and business were fans of epson. i don't recommend buying this printer. when the 120 came out we bought able 4 or 6 thinking it would be better. my office uses approximately 20 epson printers. the 82, 84, 86, and 88, we used and we thought it was good.
