I've had mine for quite some time now, and I use it all the time. This is a great little tool for all you puzzle solvers out there. This is my only complaint. The only negative thing about it is the cover does not stay attached to the base.
I bought this for a gift for someone else who sits with a shut in and does difficult crossword puzzles and other word puzzles daily to pass time.
I received it promply and was sent an extra one (I may have done this by mistake). I returned it and I was supposed to have gotten a refund. I haven't seen it yet, but maybe it has been posted by now.
The service was good the second time I ordered. It's like a brand new dictionary. Them first distuber finally said they did not have the product. The second distuber shipped within two days. I use it everday for word scrimmage from the paper. The product is not a toy. Some words are words I have never heard of or seen before.
I am happy to have finally found something that is easy to operate and understand. This is very easy to operate and see. I bought this Solver for my father-in-law who is in his 80's. I have been looking for something like this for a very long time.
