My HP tx1000 crashed twice, requiring new motherboard and erasing hard drive each time. Now that sucks. So I'd recommend it as long as you are sure your computer will never crash more than once. Couldn't activate the product after the second install. When I explained the situation to tech support, I was told I had used up my allotted activations and would need to buy new program. Product does as advertised, but don't ever let your computer crash. They were not willing to help any further. I still have original disk, just can't activate the product w/o shelling out another $180.
Now have to buy another copy. Could not find the install disk when I replaced my old pc and tried to install rack2filer on the new pc. ocked to a full working version like 99% of the other program that I use, you are sent an install disk when you purchase the full working version. Program does what it is supposed to do, has a non-standard interface but is easy to use once past the learning curve. So don't lose this disk, I was told by tech support that Fujitsu does not replace lost cd's and I would have to buy the program again. I gave it three stars for lack of technical support for this rather expensive program. WARNING: Be sure you don't lose the original install disk that you get when you purchase the program, as you will be expected to buy another copy of the program.
