The phone works very well has helped with my husband's. telephone conversations. He is very pleased with it.
Purchased for my eithty-eight year old father, who is both hearing and vision impaired. This is a very good product and, though it doesn't say so in the description, it has thirteen programmable buttons which is very helpful.
Very happy with this phone. She also loves the 3 pre-programmed buttons, so she doesn't have to remember our phone numbers. Bought this for my mother, who finally can hear telephone conversations more easily.
Arrived prepackaged with easy install and in a rightly time frame. She can hear and talk with no problems. The light and ring tone is perfect for her as well. Phone works fantastic for the 82 year old woman that I care for.
