Dealing with the company to return the set was worse. Company policy stated that there would be a $50 restocking fee (unacceptable policy), but what was the additional $49.28 for.
Our refund was $17l.49, which was $99.28 less than the price we paid. In essence, for the service of having a picture-poor TV delivered to us and kept for one day, we lost $125.28 (almost half) of the original price of $270.77.
Do not buy this set or deal with this company under any circumstances. Picture quality was poor.
The company has yet to respond to our query. It was pale and there was a lack of sharpness.
It was returned the next day at our expense ($26).
The picture looked like something out of a "Grade B" horror movie.strange haunted look to every channel.unwatchable.would not recommend Does not deserve one "star". Returned this TV. Real Bouffard Haier HL15E 15-Inch Lcd TV. Picture quality was worse than POOR, no matter what we did we could not correct it.
