Good customer service and I would order from theem again. Initially I was shipped the wrong product, but with a phone call they acknowlegded their error and promptly shipped me the correct one.
As expected, you take it out of the box, insert in printer, turn on and print. It's either gonna work or not. Mine worked just fine. Hey, not much to review here. Amazon asked me so I will contribute my 2 cents worth.
Amazon lumps a variety of third party sellers in with this product. Check who you're actualy getting the product from. Some of them ship third party cartridges, some of them ship genuine HP. All the reviews also end up on the same page (why there is such a confusing mix here).
This is a 100% authentic HP cartridge at a great price. Even better, it arrived in three days.
The sticker on the box says it is not manufactured by any OEM. It is not; it is a generic "premium compatible" no name brand recycled POS. The item is advertised as an HP print cartridge with picture of an HP box.
