This ink was sold at a great price. The shipping times are equal to going out and buying a pack in town.
However the cartridges are actual new HP cartridges and are performing with my expected HP excellence. I was concerned that I might be getting refilled cartridges because the price was about 40% less than the HP site.
Better off paying full price at the store. Ink quality is okay but quantity is a ripoff. Compared to store bought HP 97 cartridges, get less than half the prints with these cartridges. Seems cartridges are from a special promotion as the price tag on them said $18.00. Company promised restitution but after I removed their negative feedback, they reniged on their promise.
The product was delivered on the first day of the estimated time schedule with no complaints about the product.
I have used generic ink before and have never been happy plus found it did damage to my other printer. I started using hp cartridges and have been very pleased plus the price through Amazon is outstanding.
