I have had it for 6months so far and still LOVE IT. I buy distilled water for it and its worth the $0.99 when you get proper use out of this steamer. IF you follow the instructions it works GREAT.
Waste of time and effort. Useless piece of equipment. At least for me. I BET you 1000$ that in very short time will end up in your closet or garage unused. May is good for you.
It will cost more to ship it back than I paid for it, so looks like in the trash it goes. Ran the troubleshooting gauntlet to no avail. Tried customer service, what a joke. Worked for about 10 seconds, and that was it; no heat, no steam, nothing. Don't waste your money, time or frustration. Thank heavens I bought this on sale.
I have had other steamers and this definitely takes too much effort and time, may as well iron. Used 6 times and just stopped working.
I thought that my shirts would be looking like the ones on the store, but it didn't The product is not what i expected.
