The genuine HP carts are the best, but very pricy. I had to stop buying the refilled carts because they are just horrible.
The capacity is as on most cartridges too limited for the price paid. The quality level on photo paper is very high so I'll still keep them at 4 star. They could easily tripple the capacity in the space they consume but will not as they make more money sell these cartridges than selling the printers themselves. Yes, they're ink cartridges. They work as expected.
There was a shipping problem that was not J&R's fault. However, J&R refused to work with me and UPS to rectify the problem. I never got the product. Way to restore my faith Amazon. Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee stepped up to the plate and did a great job where J&R failed. J&R's customer service failed miserably.
