the price was so low i thought the unit would be total junk but after i got it i was surprised the unit was terrific. dealing with amazon is just great.
Good Basic printer at a good price. I would consider and recommend again for best value printer. MC = MB
There is no help section on the installation disk. It doesn't have enough memory to print a long address list and the memory can not be increased under options. This printer came without black ink and without the cord to attach it to the computer. for small jobs and that is all. It is O.K.
They must be talking about some other product. Some reviews here refer to the scanning capabilities of this printer, but this printer does not have a built-in scanner.
After about 35 minutes of, What. I can't understand you, What. Again, again & again. It eats paper, it feeds paper and nothing gets printed.
if I could have spoke with someone who ACTUALLY could SPEAK the english language, maybe I would have been able to get thru to the rep. My Broken printer worked this well. Bye-Bye, it's a hunk of junk. I'm sorry I didn't believe people about this one. It is a P.O.S. What a headache. So I called.
I hung up, REALLY MAD. I buy things on Amazon.com (a lot) and really have had no problems. This has PISSED ME OFF. Update: I did call Hp customer support, and live chat, (this I recommend), before Sending this thing back.
I did read the reviews before I bought this thing, OMG. Live chat I got bumped off line, crap. I can't understand you, Well you get the point. I'm an IDIOT. And it's getting the H@ll out of my house ASAP.
Sorry H.P., I use your products before and still use some to this day. This is not the first customer service product call I've made that has been out-sourced to INDIA. Good Riddance you rotten printer. AMF & MUAH. This is and was the MOST frustrating piece of anything I have EVER tried to add on.People left bad reviews about this product.I liked to think that , maybe, they did get a "bad one".
We need to demand Fluent English(preferably native) people to try to explain what is wrong with what-ever we just bought or need to cancel service for. B.S. what the problem was.
