The latch closes via a magnetic snap that is easy to use and feels cool. My only complaints about this product (besides being slightly overpriced) are that the front cover is distracting sometimes, particularly in landscape mode, since it's not magnetically clipped when open. The inside of the case can store two Micro-SD cards and whatever pieces of paper you can put in the two very small pockets.
It's designed specifically for the iPAQ 111/211 and allows access to all ports of the device (memory, USB, side buttons, etc). Additionally, the edges of the leather casing made it hard sometimes to manipulate scroll bars at the edge of the screen. This is a very good product.
It even has holes for the speakers / vents and LEDs. I did not attach the belt clip and wasn't sure how to do so if I wanted to. Buy this if you want a case you can clip to your belt, you've lost the slip case HP provides, or you don't like taking off a case to use the device.
The case arrived within three days of ordering, and was appropriately packaged. This leather case is the perfect protection for your iPAQ. An excellant addition to your PDA and well worth the price. The vertical format is ideal for using the PDA, and allows you to charge the unit without having to remove it from the case.
This is a great case that fits my new HP iPAQ 111 like a glove. Well made and well designed it was well worth the purchase price
