Don't think it is ethical to post the product under the NEW only heading, then mention in the fine print of the description that they're re-manufactured. I only shopped ads that said NEW when I needed to re-stock cartridges for all my printers. Caught me once for not reading every line, but never again. Although the low price is normally a tip off, there are a lot of NIB products offered at seriously low prices, so I clicked and paid. What I received wasn't new, but refurbs. To be fair, the first cartridge works; however, it's not the price, it's the principle.
The one problem that I have on occasion is probably not the cartridge, but the printer: every once in awhile I'll have to load the cartridge several times before it is recognized by the printer (this in spite of carefully positioning the cartridge as per instructions). The print is sharp and consistent; and get about what I expected as far as print pages goes. I've owned a printer that uses this ink for 4 years, and have had very little problem with them.
Kudos. As quickly as the order was given, I was responed to and the package was on its way.
You'd better go for the genuine HP product. Contacted the company without any reply. One of them arrived damaged on the printer head so did not even print one page. Besides the color fades away too fast. The other one did not print as many pages as I'd expected.
This product is the same you'd buy at Wal-mart or Staples. just more convenient to buy it online.
