I had purchased the off-brand replacement cartridges trying to save some money. (They cost about 2/3 as much as the HP ones). Installing HP cartridges immediately solved the problems. After a little while all of my prints started coming out with streaks. I tried to save a little money and spent a lot more.
The price ans delivery was exceptional. There won't need to be much searching for this product next time I purchase it. The product was exactly as described.
we were not able to use the printer after the magenta ran out , when we put the magenta in it informed us that all the other colors ( not the black, since we replaced it a week before ) were out and we could not use the printer till we replaced them all. but the color somehow runs out as if it mixes in with the black. we print mostly black and white and rarely use color. well i guess this review if based on the printer and the ink. somehow i think its a scam with hp , but im not an expert on manufacturing. they are great as far as color is concerned.but they run out pretty fast and they are very expensive. we use them for business.
The item arrived in perefect conditions, one thing that i would like to say is that the amazon box that was sent the toner, was EXTREAMLY BIG, and im from venezuela so i have to use a POBOX service and i paid for that BIG BOX, like 30$ more, so it was pretty expensive because the box. It does pinch a bit to have to buy so many cartridges, but that is the cost of doing business with a color laser. I have used the HP 2600N for a while now and have found it to be both reliable and cost effective.
