Then click on display settings and silde the resolution bar from low to high. The picture quality is more than I could have hoped for. Absoulutly beautiful. It is just stunning.
I receive compliments all the time about the clarity of my screen.
Click ok and now you can truly enjoy the full beauty of the screen.
Adjusting the screen to fit the full size of the screen is also simple.
I use a docking station for my Dell laptop and purchased this as a external monitor.
In the beginning I had a little bit of trouble adjusting the screen size.
A little bit of a pain to do everyday, however it definitly saves some frustration for your day.
Right click on the monitor, click on personalize.
After working through the bugs I am so happy I decided on this monitor over all the others.
The trick is to power up the computer and then plug in the external monitor.
This is my second purchase of the HP W1907 19" monitor, because I was so impressed with the first. I will not be surprizing if I next purchase the 22" or 24" in the "W" series HP monitors. I also appreciated the built-in speaker. This monitor has a very "cool" glossy black finish and its sharpness is out of this world.
I honestly dont see a downside to this monitor and would recommend it to anyone. When I plugged it, it basically did an auto adjusment and it looked great from the get-go bright colors and the text looked very rich and clear. When I got it out of the box I was very pleased to see that all the parts were intact and nicely wrapped. So if you are looking to get performance for a reasonable price, buy this monitor. Instructions to set up the stand and monitor were very clear and easy to follow. This monitor is just great, when I was looking arround for a good 19 inch monitor this was my top choice because of the great performance vs price.
I just plugged it into my pc and away it went. I didn't have to adjust anything. I can live with it.
Amazing product, amazing price range. I have a seven year old HP pc (lol, a dinosaur by todays standards). The sound is kind of tiny but for this size and price range. The color was perfect. Talk about easy.
But this monitor worked like a charm. LOVE the widescreen. Highly recommended. I've read some negative reviews and I suggest you do some research before you plunk down your money on this or anything electronic. Love it, Love it, LOVE IT.
I checked around and love this monitor, and all the PC features. Got it with the HP Pavilion S3420F Slimline. Very, very pleased, with the package and Amazon. This monitor is one of the main reasons I decided to get a new PC system.
