Don't believe the "gradually wakes you." The radio comes on way too loud and this cannot be adjusted. No nuance here. Sadly, when you manually turn the volume to 1, it is still pretty loud.
- The dimmer option being on the snooze bar is lame. - Good radio reception. - Excellent that you can set the timers for only weekdays. Half the volume would still be too loud. - The lowest volume level is too loud.
Pros:. - Lame that it doesn't work with an iPhone - you want me to pay how much for a piece of aluminum foil. - Reasonably good audio quality. - Great sleep timer choices. Cons:.
- Nice iPod compatibility list. Make it its own button so that I don't accidentally hit it all the time.
The remote control is already lost, not sure why it has one. You can adjust the brightness of the read outs, it has two alarms, and it is easy to connect into the ipod and play from it. A most excellent clock radio with an ipod connection.
The sound is much better than my cheap clock radio and very clear for radio or ipod sourced music. You have to put a plastic thingee into the ipod connection to hold the ipod up and this is mostly a one time thing so if you have multiple models you will need to decide which type goes in the radio. I guess you could change it, but it would be difficult.
White looks good too. The radio and the connection are all good. So if you are looking for the ipod charger and/or a cool new clock radio, this is it.

-Amzazing sound quality (no Bose of course but for 90 USD I can use it outside on my porch with remarkable sound). Pro:. -No scrollwheel like on the Ipod itself. Overall it's not one of those gadgets you use once or twice and then put it away on the gadgetstack.
-Good sleep function. It often results in taking the ipod off and after selection of music reconnecting it, so no biggy. Very happy. -Wake up with own playlist or last played music. Con:.
I know it's Apple patented but using the wheel of the ipod itself from the angle in which the ipod is connected is at first a bit akward. -Good reception of FM inside. -Easy to use remote. -display brightness setting. I use it every morning to wake up to (FM or my own playlist) and often at night with sleep-function.
I must say that after 4 months I'm still very pleased with this product.
The radio picks up stations very well, better then my regular sterio. I have been searching for an alarm clock for a while now, so I was hesitant to buy one on-line. Overall very happy. The sound in nice, even at a high volume and I really like the dim option for the diplay. I can dim it down at night and make it bright for the daytime.
